Returns for Store Credit Only
All returns are eligible for store credit only. We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment. Store credit will be issued once your return is received and approved.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hillcountrytrading830@gmail.com.
Include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged item
We’ll review your request and provide further instructions for replacement or store credit.
Conditions for Returns
- Items must be returned unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
- All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please note that all stones are genuine, and natural variations may occur. Colors may appear slightly different in person due to lighting or monitor settings. These differences do not qualify as defects.
